Shipping Policy

YOGA IS MY GYM offers FREE Standard Shipping to all destinations within the continental United States on all orders greater than $125. To say thanks to all our customers in the U.S. military, we are proud to offer FREE shipping to all APO/FPO addresses for all orders. All international orders ship FedEx Priority International. All orders to Alaska and Hawaii ship FedEx Standard.

The following shipping options are available when you check out. Expedited orders placed before 12 PM Eastern on a business day will be shipped the same day. All other orders will be shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed on weekend days will ship the next available business day.

• Standard Shipping for orders greater than $125 (ships within 2-3 business days) $5.75 per item
• Standard Shipping for orders $125 and under to all U.S. destinations: $5.75 per item
• 3-Business Day Shipping and Handling: $15 per order
• 1-Business Day Shipping and Handling: $25 per order
• International Shipping: all orders ship via FedEx Priority International. All additional duties or fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please allow sufficient time for the arrival of your order.

Expedited shipping is not available for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
